Luke Schwartz

Luke Schwartz is a guitarist, bassist, pianist, composer, and arranger from San Francisco, CA. Luke's playing is influenced by jazz players such as Jim Hall, Joe Pass, Wes Montgomery, Peter Bernstein & Kurt Rosenwinkel. He also draws deeply from the idioms of funk and rock music.

Luke returned to the Bay Area to make his mark on the local scene after stints in New Orleans and New York.

Luke can be found performing regularly at bars, restaurants, clubs, cafes, and churches throughout the Bay Area under his own name - The Luke Schwartz Trio & Quartet, as well as with groups in a variety of styles and as a solo artist.
